In the Plaza Bonita Subdivision, each and every lot is shaped differently and offer distinct prime building sites for each home. We offer 6 standard plans to give our clients and idea of what their home would look like, and to show what the pricing would be for a house of that size. Our plans are not set in stone, and we are more than happy to help you to design a custom plan for your dream home.
We have many draft plans that our buyers are welcome to use, or we can amend and customize to fit your needs.
